01The situation
Our client needed licences for activities under KBLI 10632, but the existing allocation of supervisory authority for that classification stood in the way of obtaining them. Without a change at the regulatory level, the client could not complete its licensing.
02What we did
- 1Analysed the regulations governing the classification and the authority of each institution involved.
- 2Prepared the legal basis and the proposal for transferring the supervisory authority.
- 3Coordinated directly with high-level officials at the relevant ministries.
- 4Followed the proposal through, then completed the client’s licence applications.
03The outcome
The supervisory authority was transferred as proposed, and our client obtained the licences it needed to operate.
